Socialism Stinketh

I was cruising around on You Tube and ran across a video with some telling words, actually two of them so I thought we'd give them some thought. I'll save the second one for later. I'm known as a patriot and proud of it. I still believe in the stars and stripes, Mom, apple pie and truth and justice. I'm not a racist or race baiter or think we need to be divided along class lines. I learned better through 23 years in the US Army. After you've learned to see people as "green" for that long it usually isn't going to change. I still see everyone as "green" to this day I also know a phony when I see one and I see more than a few sitting up on Capitol Hill in cushy seats spending our money that we don't have and one empty chair that when occupied at all is filled by an empty suit.

So lets have a little music while we cover some ground.

Socialism is a tricky little gimmick. It is based in economics, which escapes many people, though it does have tentacles into areas such as collectivism which is also intermingled with economics. The little ditty above keeps it simple but is an apt description of the concept as it applies to our economy. Ours is a free market economy. The present administration, backed up for the first two years of a wacko bunch of Democrats, showed us what the spending side of the junkie equation is and now Obama wants to show the nation what the cost of reckless spending is. It's called excessive taxation because they allowed us to live beyond our means. All in the name of the better good of society but in name only, most of us know things can't work that way for long.

Just the other day a video of Obama surfaced from 1995. This was from the period when he was a community organizer. Listen very closely. People say that Obama isn't a socialist with Marxist leanings. The facts say otherwise. Obama didn't invent the idea of "redistribution of wealth." That came from one Karl Marx. Obama was raised in a Marxist household. That is undeniable. That upbringing had a dramatic impact on how Obama thinks. You really don't have to be a genius to understand where Obama was coming from in this clip. You might actually fall into the "box of rocks" category if you don't.

Let me dispel a myth before we proceed. There is a rumor that Fox is going to air the documentary 2016, Obama's America at 9 PM this Sunday. It is totally untrue and seems to be in the "dirty tricks" category. Amazing how Obama and Nixon are showing similarities. I've been encouraging all Americans to travel to the theater when it arrives near you to examine a bit of actual history concerning Barack Hussein Obama. As the trailer says, "You might like him or hate him. But you don't really know him." Most of the documentary is based upon Obama's own words in his books, his known associations and other archives about the man. I can guarantee you that Obama doesn't want you to go see it and not because it isn't true. Facts remain facts. I'm known as a fact checker and the facts presented there passed the smell test.

Now the tie in of collectivism and Obama, It is there and you'd be a fool to deny it. Where did the "you didn't build that, someone else did that for you" come from? It comes from the concept that the "state," not the individual, reigns supreme and is the provider of all. We are but subjects and the recipients of its largess. That's exactly where that comes from.

Obama is someone's tool and eventually we might discover who is behind the curtain. As Putin said it is one of two things. Either Obama is an idiot, which I don't find that to be the case, or he is purposely trying to destroy our economy. That seems more likely when one actually views his history and doesn't just say, "You lie. You lie." How much of his past has been invented I have no idea. But I have read his books and those are supposedly his words. Again, go see 2016 and take some folks with you.

What has Obama accomplished other than to add to the "state?" Is that the nation we want and want to leave to our heirs? That's a serious question and one you need to have a fix on when you enter that voting place this November. This really isn't all about you though many of you would like to think it is. Obama is all about collectivism and has been for years. History shows quite clearly that collectivism results in the death of your freedoms and your human and civil rights. Read some of the EO's Obama has signed during his short tenure. Read them carefully.

I will close with how the dictionary defines the word collectivism. Keep in mind that this is intricately tied to the economic principles of socialism.

So there you have more of the vetting of Obama. You have been able to hear the 1995 video. He hasn't changed his mind. He still believes in the redistribution of wealth. His sheeple can deny and deny away. The sad part of that denial is that more than a few of them don't separate Obama from the Democratic Party. They are so stuck in a political party's ideology that they are missing the obvious. Sadly, many of them don't want to take a good hard look at the type of snake oil they bought into. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Most people know that.
