Obama Proclaims April Financial Responsibility Month?

Updated on April 12, 2013

Still No Leader After 4 Plus Years

I Can Only Hope...

I can only hope that what I am reading is the biggest April Fool's joke ever created. Somebody help me out here. This is the 1st of April ya know? But the headlines read: "Obama Proclaims April the Month to Teach Young People ‘How to Budget Responsibly" Holy bat farts Robin! Do you smell something funky here?"

Surely even Obama isn't this big of a hypocrite. Isn't this the same Barack Insane Obama that has increased the amount each and every household in this nation owes to $53,377 and counting. Isn't this the same Insane Obama who has increased the national debt from $10 trillion to approaching $17 trillion? Are we talking about the same yo-yo here or what? He's the guy who thinks you can spend your way to prosperity. It hasn't ever happened so I don't know why anyone would think he can.

The guy has flipped his lid for sure. Someone, anyone keep this man off the podium talking with our children. This is the same guy who just sent his children to Atlantis on our dime during spring break, And he said what?

King Obama Putz of Keynesian economic fame has proclaimed April as "National Financial Capability Month" with a wave of his royal scepter. His proclamation which was released Friday reads: “I call upon all Americans to observe this month with programs and activities to improve their understanding of financial principles and practices,” Spare this nation, Oh Lord, from the idiots of the world we elect as politicians because they're pretty faces. We've inundated ourselves with educated idiots it seems.

Did he go further? You can bet dollars to donuts that if you give Oblabber a mike he isn't shy and backing away. He went on, "“My Administration is dedicated to helping people make sound decisions in the marketplace." Really? Like the Solyndra's of the nation and all those other green energy boondoggles you've thrown tax payer dollars at on a wing and a prayer? Oh he got even bolder as he is known to do. Keep in mind it's all fluffy and warm and fuzzy talk.

He wants to prepare our young people for the financial challenges ahead. Never mind he is the biggest contributor to the problems they will face in such a short span of Presidential history. He wants to teach them how to budget responsibly for college. Is that why he has made it easier for them to borrow money for school and become beholden to Uncle Sugar? Or save to start a business while he heaps regulation upon regulation upon the people to make it harder to even begin a startup. Or open an IRA? There is scuttlebutt that his administration wants to seize private retirement accounts and give you a government annuity. How about them apples Kiddies?

Blah, blah, blah...

One must remember that Obama sees a large federal money munching monster as being the answer to everyone's financial prayers. He isn't the least bit about free markets and a free market place. The redistribution of wealth has not one thing to do with a free marketplace. His website, the Whine House website, links his proclamation to two specific government websites 1) the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and 2) MyMoney.gov. Those sites include materials from 21 different federal agencies. So we need our kids to let the government do their thinking for them and follow in line with the other sheeple. I see!

Check out "popular topics" on MyMoney.gov and hold your lunch down while you do. What he didn't mention in his royal proclamation is this. When Obama was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2009, the total debt of the federal government was $10,626,877,048,913.08. As of the close of business on March 28, 2013, the total debt of the federal government was $16,766,988,432,792.62—an increase of $6,140,111,383,879.54 since Obama took office.

That tells me that Obama's budgeting skills are zero, zilch, nada. That's an increase of $6,140,111,383,879.54 in a little over 4 years. His administration, nor the Democratically controlled Senate have not created a budget in how long? The US Senate finally got around to putting some ink on paper under the threat of not being paid if they didn't. And he's going to teach our children what?

Budget? I Don't Need No Stinkin' Budget! It's Not My Money!!!

Lets talk the law. Federal law requires the Executive Branch, in this case in the form of one Barack Insane Obama, to write and submit an annual budget for the federal government to operate on during the coming fiscal year when? It's due by the first Money in February. Have we seen it yet? Nope! When was the last time he met that deadline? He hasn't.

Let me close with this tune by Crosby, Stills,Nash and Young. We don't need the federal bureaucracy to teach our children a darned thing about budgeting and financial responsibility A smart 5th grader or two could teach them a thing or two I'm sure.

My Quote Of The Day: "Kids believe your Mama and not Obama!"

"Vote It," "Like"It, "Tweet" It, "Pin " It, "Share It" With Your Followers. Time to let em read it and keep reading it.
